Playa de los Amadores, one of the most beautiful beaches of the South of Gran Canaria. This pretty new and arteficial beach, with imported sand is getting more populair every year. They are constructing and building a lot of new hotels and apartments. All facilities are available: lifeguard, toilets and a lot of bars and restaurants with all kind of food from all over the world. Italian, Dutch, Canarian, English for every wish something. As well paddles, sun beds and parasols are for rent.

To reach Playa Amadores you can take the bus or taxi, but we would recommend to walk from Puerto Rico over the beautiful boulevard. This is a walk of 15 minutes and you can enjoy the views over the Atlantic Ocean and the amazing heights with clear green water and rocks deep down under... Visit this beach as well with sunset, you will get breath taking moments with the sun disapearing behind the volcano the Teide on Tenerife.
